Dr. Alexandra Frank

Dr. Alexandra Frank is an assistant professor and school counseling program coordinator at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Dr. Frank’s career in education spans from kindergarten to higher education, with roles serving as an elementary school teacher and school counselor, middle school Tier III interventionist, high school career coach, and college-level educator. In each of those roles, Dr. Frank prioritizes a student-centered approach that promotes creativity, collaboration, and active engagement. Dr. Frank’s research emphasizes school counseling training and development, university-school partnerships, and teaching and learning in counselor education. Dr. Frank lives in Chattanooga, TN where she enjoys spending time outside with her dogs and making the most of her library card.
